As the Portland Metro commercial real estate landscape continues to evolve, we find ourselves at a tipping point. To avoid the dreaded “doom loop” and flip the script to become the “boom loop”, businesses and individuals in the Portland metro area have a choice to make. Stay the course and see incremental change. Or do something different. Lean into the use of workforce analytics, not just AI, and adapt to new policies and challenges with a creative and ambitious determination that will ultimately result in the advancement of our region.
Join us for the 31st annual CREW Forecast Breakfast as we welcome keynote speaker Bret Swango, Head of Location Intelligence and Workforce Analytics for Colliers, and learn how shifting economic, technological, and political forces shape the attractiveness of locations across the country. The panel, including Angela Wilhelms (CEO & President of Oregon Business & Industry), Madeline Miller (Senior Project Manager at ECOnorthwest), and Steve Wells (Market Leader & Senior Managing Director at Trammell Crow Company), will discuss why continuing to invest in the Portland market makes sense, and how we can improve our position to attract developers, investors, businesses and residents, which is the key to driving lasting, positive changes across our region.
